Attaching Jyze to a Door
When you attach one of the Jyze handles to a door, pole, or other stationary object, you open up new exercise options. You can now face away from Jyze to do internal rotations (pec fly, throwing, and pull downs) and bicep curls. Click here for a list of exercises.
Attach Jyze to a door in three easy steps:

Release the back part of the handle and draw rope through the handle. (You may need to unwind Jyze to release the tension on the handle before you can do this). |

Place the back part of the handle through the hinge side of the door. (You can optionally place it on the latch side of the door if your door accommodates that. Many doors are too tight at that point to accommodate the Jyze rope). |
![]() Close the door over the rope and slide the handle grip tight against the door. |
![]() That’s it! Now, you can work Jyze with only one hand while the door holds the other handle steady. |
